Silencer with riveted sintered spherical bronze tablet on a hexagonal brass
The filters sintered bronze resisted to oxidation and are used in many application, especially in the field of hydraulic and in pneumatics. Little changes to temperature variations, high coefficient of permeability, easy to clean, good mechanical strength are the main features that have made significant development in the use of this material.
Composition 89% copper 11% tin
Density from 4,5 to 5,5 gr/Cm3
Porosity from 30% to 40%
Threshold filtration from 5µ to 120µ
Temperature of use : up 200°C in oxidative environment / up 300°C in reducing environment
The shapes of filters, and particle sizes that can be used are many. Upon request we can reserve examine the specific needs.
